Saher Ellail ...

Hey guys, today i want to talk about Saher Ellail a Kuwaiti Soup-opera. Saher Ellail is directed by Mohammad Daham Al-Shemmeri. Part one of the series takes place in 1960's/1970's, and part two in 1980's. It is a really beatiful drama that captures the essence of Kuwait's pat culture, it was made with a great and crazy prefection with all the details from clothes, cars, and settings. They also brought cars from that time to be realistic. Really, really Mohammad Daham Al-Shemmeri you are the best directer in Kuwait, and thanks.

Alaa Wardi...

His name is Alaa Wardi He is a great singer and musician or I might say bodiecian. Alaa, in many of his songs, doesn't use his musical instruments instead he uses his body and mouth to make the music. I know it sounds weird but it sounds pretty good. Actually, I tried listening to his songs and until now I could say that I can't the difference between his body/mouth music and musical instruments' music.

Eysh Elly....

It's a hilarious program that you could watch on youtube. He is a Saudi guy that plays youtube no goal videos and comment on them. He is Bader Salih the great presenter. You could watch Eysh Elly on youtube.

I have to say this: You're Z-King Amr Diab......

People, COME ON! Amr Diab in my opinion is the arab's King of singers. First, he has the most sold albums in the middle east. Also, he has a great voice. Nevertheless, Diab was the first to introduce this style of songs in all parts: lyrics, words, and music.

The king of pop...

Michael Jackson is one of the best entertainers of all time and no one could say otherwise. Every time someone sees M.J's dancing, travel to another world. I know he can't hear me but, M.J you are the King of pop.

ATARI movie... !!!

Last year I heard a rumor that there will be a movie played by Leonardo Dicaprio, about ATARI's inventor  Nolan Bushnell. Now, it seems that the movie will not be produced, and that incredibly disturbed me because I was waiting for it for a long time now.

Hearts of Palms...

This is a short kuwaiti movie about couple of students used to study in Miami during the Kuwait invasion. The movie is directed by Faisal Al-Nashmi a student study at University of Miami, film major. It is a very exciting movie that gives us hope of movie industry in Kuwait.  Let me leave you with the movie:

لأول مرة اكتب بالعربية بسبب الحاصل في وطني الكويت. كما قرأنا في الصحف والموقع الالكترونية عن الشخص الذي إنتحر في منطقة العدان والذي يقال أنه يدعي أنه المهدي المنتظر. أحد الأصدقاء ابدى وجهة نظره بالموضوع وقال: الذي بدر من رجال الأمن تصرف يعتب عليه، كان يجب عليهم أن لا يجرون ناحيته لأن الرجل كان مسلح. برأيي أن رجال الأمن لم يتعاملوا مع الموقف بتأني. كان رجال الأمن يعرفون بأن الرجل به مرض نفسي وأن لديه سوابق، فلماذا تعملوا مع الموقف بهذه الطريقة. كان يجب عليهم أن لا يكونوا متسرعين وأن يحاولوا أن يغرروه ويحاولوا تهدئته ويسيطروا على الموقف.

I think we must raise our hats for Alrai interviewer Abdullah Buftain. In my opinion he is the best at what he does in all Kuwaiti channels. He seems to be highly educated, have a great general knowledge, and is an observer on the political life in Kuwait.
